Adicionar a fariha de trigo amassando bem até formar uma massa lisa e homogênea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Cobrir a massa com pano e deixar crescer por meia hora. Fazer bolinhas com a massa e achatar depois, ou abrir a massa com um rolo, e cortar rodelas do tamanho desejado. Reserve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Rale a cebola ou pique-a bem. Em uma panela coloque as duas colheres de creme vegetal e deixe aquecer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Junte a cebola ralada e deixe dourar. Coloque o suco dos tomates. Deixe ferver por um tempo, diminua o fogo e acrescente os temperos desejados a gosto. Mexa e acrescente as 2 colheres de farinha de trigo dissolvida em um copo de água, se o molho ainda estiver muito ralo. Colocar a proteína de soja e deixar cozinhar por aproximadamente 10 minutos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Acrescente os champignons bem picados. Adicione o tofu batido, mexendo por 2 minutos. Acrescente a água morna, dissolva bem o fermento. Acrescente o açúcar e 1 xícara de farinha de trigo branca, mexa bem, e deixe descansar por 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Acrescente a farinha de trigo integral, o óleo, o sal e amasse bem.&lt;br /&gt;Faça uma bola com a massa, cubra a tigela com um pano, e deixe descansar até que a massa dobre de tamanho.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueça o forno a 250°C. Abra a massa em uma forma de pizza untada, deixe descansar por mais 10 minutos. Faça furos com um garfo na massa, e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 7 minutos ou até a massa começar a dourar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o molho de tomate sobre a massa e espalhe bem. Jogue nessa ordem: o milho, a ervilha, palmito, champignon, pimentão, brócolis, cebola, tomate. Jogue orégano por cima.&lt;br /&gt;Leve a pizza para assar por 5 minutos em forno alto, e sirva a seguir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sugestão de molho de tomate:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;500gr de tomates maduros picadinhos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; ½ cebola picada em cubinhos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; 1 dente de alho pequeno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; ½ xícara de água&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; Orégano, manjericão, ou ervas de sua preferência&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; Sal a gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; Leve o alho para reforgar no azeite, até começar a dourar. Acrescente a cebola, refogue, coloque os tomates picados, e refogue bem até começarem a soltar água. Tampe a panela, deixe cozinhar por uns 5 minutos. Se for necessário acrescente água. Coloque os temperos, o sal, mexa bem e tampe. Deixe cozinhar no fogo baixo por aproximadamente 8 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; Caso os tomates façam o molho ficar um pouco ácido (isso depende muito da variedade e época de colheita), acrescente uma colherinha (café) de açúcar, para cortar a acidez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Junte o amido de milho, a farinha e 1/2 xic de água. Misture bem até que a massa fique lisa e macia.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a massa em uma forma desmontável, de vidro ou cerâmica, e com as mãos vá espalhando a massa até cobrir toda a forma. Se quiser espalhe a massa nas bordas também.&lt;br /&gt; Faça furinhos com um garfo na massa e leve para assar em forno médio até começar a dourar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dica: Com essa massa você pode inventar o recheio de sua preferência, deixe sua critividade mandar!&lt;br /&gt;Você também pode usar a receita do pudim para cobrir essa torta. Misturar todos os ingredientes secos, e acrescentar a água com o óleo. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Amassar bem até dar liga. Se necessário coloque água ou polvilho doce aos poucos.&lt;br /&gt;O ponto certo é o ponto em que a massa fica um pouco amolecida e lisa, e não desmancha quando se faz as bolinhas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fazer bolinhas e colocar um uma forma untada com óleo. Reserve. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Refogue a cebola, acrescente o pimentão, o tomate, a batata (ou soja). Refogue bem, e acrescente o milho a ervilha e os temperos.&lt;br /&gt;Tampe a panela acrescente 1/3 de xícara de água. Vá cozinhando até a água secar, se necesário acrescente água aos poucos. &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Espere o recheio esfriar para colocar na torta.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para montar, coloque metade da massa em uma forma (25x35) untada, coloque o recheio e cubra com o restante da massa.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span Cobrir a massa com um plástico p/ descansar por 40 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Para montar: faça círculos de aproximadamente 15cm de diâmetro, coloque o recheio no centro, e feche&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; as bordas, formando um triângulo. Refogue por uns 2 minutos, adicione 1/2 xícara de água, e deixe cozinhando. Acrescente mais água a medida que for necessário, mas sem cobrir as batatas. Para fazer, basta você deixar a soja de molho durante 5 horas, escorra, e bata no liquidificador até ficar uma massa grossa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3 xic. de okara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1/2 xic. de farinha de trigo integral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 col. de óleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3 col. de salsa e cebolinha frescas picadinnhas (ou desidratadas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1/2 cebola pequena picada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;sal a gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 colher de chá de pimenta calabresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 colher de chá de fermento em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Misturar todos os ingredientes.
